Check this before reading response. Note that a 2xx status does not guarantee this is null: order creation returns 200 with this populated when the order was not created, and it is the one place that populates this alongside a filled response (D-106). On plan details, plan selection and the availability check this half means a refusal, nothing else.

The payload, when the call succeeded.

Usually null when errorResponse is populated, but not always: order creation answers a price that moved beyond the band with both halves — the freshly priced plan, and the reason no order was created yet. Plan details, plan selection and the availability check never do that: there a price that moved is carried by infoMessage alone (D-106).
